To Save or to Splurge

I give myself credit for being a pretty logical shopper, compared to a lot of other girls & women I know (who shall remain nameless)... It's fashion common sense that there are things that you should spurge on, & things that you should save on.

A good rule of thumb is that you can splurge on timeless pieces that you can use for more than one season.
